You will have access to all parts of the apartment and will be exclusively for you.

Parking is available outside the property subject to availability. We will provide you with a parking permit. There I also non permit parking available on all the surrounding streets for free. COVID-19 SANITISATION Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area. If you plan on having family or friends visiting just let us know. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.
