Very well described. Modern and clean (inside flat). Exceptional hosting by Jay. Is in a student area , so is noisy in the evening. However we were visiting our daughter at university there; hence suited our purpose.

We really want all our guests to enjoy their stay so have put these rules in place to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. We understand this may sound strict but we have to consider our neighbours and guests.

NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area.

NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.

QUIET TIMES We ask that guests keep noise down between the hours of 9:30PM- 8:00AM The building is made up of 3 other apartments and neighbours we want to respect their homes and peace.

NO PETS

The complex is made up of 4 other apartments so we want everyone to enjoy their stay and have out these house rules in place to make it a pleasant stay for all.
