Perfect location to walk into the town and down to the bay as situated in the middle, plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice quiet residential area with beautiful surroundings. Free parking secure space right outside property. Clean property with all the facilities needed inc. bonus of enclosed garden. In need of a refresh as clear wear and tear visible, some modernising needed regarding USB sockets, loads of wires hanging and visible within living area that could be easily caught with kids or pets. Bathroom has clear usage markings and needs a refresh.

Lovely location, very clean and tidy, comfy stay , sofa bed slightly smaller than we had hoped but other than that would stay again :)

Great place to stay it was exactly how it was described, host Jay was very responsive all instructions for check in was clear. The house was spotless in every room. Within easy reach of Cardiff centre and I would definitely recommend this property.

COVID-19 SANITISATION Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY Only people listed on the reservation can enter the property. This for the comfort and safety for all the other guests. We have CCTV in place on the front door and the communal area. If you plan on having family or friends visiting just let us know.
NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be accounted for at the time of booking and no visitors are allowed.
QUIET TIMES We ask that guests keep noise down between the hours of 9:30PM- 8:00AM
ONLINE CHECK IN
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
