Check in instructions were clear, lovely location with good views of the bay. Came with secure parking. Property had a noticeable smell as if somebody hadn’t been there in a while and needed airing out, was very hot and stuffy and the main bathroom shower was stuck on a temperature too hot to use. If these things were sorted would consider staying again as the property looks like the pictures and is in a nice area

Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property

The house includes a living room on the first floor with balcony offering flexible areas for socialising or quiet downtime. Enjoy group meals in the dining room, prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen, or step outside into the private garden for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Bathroom facilities are designed for convenience: a ground-floor toilet, a family bathroom with shower on the first floor, and a top-floor en-suite shower ensure comfort for all guests. Additional perks include free parking for two cars, Wi-Fi, and stunning bay views from multiple rooms.

Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID to upload to our online check in portal. You will also be asked to sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released on day of arrival at 10AM.
If you are uncomfortable in doing this please do not request to book this property as no refund or free cancellation will be offered. This is part of the terms and conditions of booking one of our properties. The reason for this is we have multiple listings and should there be an emergency we have details of guests who booked our place for local authorities. If there is not an emergency we will not need to access your ID. After check out it is automatically deleted off our software companies site within 5 working days.
